I have 2 salvini cichlids, and have been feeding them cichlid pellets, tropical flakes, frozen blood worms, frozen brine shrimp, and a couple of times chopped table shrimp.
I was reading some more on them, and it said they were predatory species. Does this mean invertebrates, or should I add frozen chopped silversides to the diet?
Humans are the only species that drink milk beyond infancy. Except cats. LOL. I do not believe that milk is a necessary part of the diet. We have been told that children receive much needed calcium from milk, yet even a poor to moderately healthy diet delivers more than enough calcium and Vitamin D to a childs body.
Is it possible that milk makes americans think of all things wholesome? Things like farms and strength, for example. Do you think milk is necessary for healthy children? Why?
My doctors office called me and said they have turned me into the bureau of narcotics because I went to a diet clinic for diet pills, and had to go to the ER one time for 10 pills of Klonopin which I am already on, but the dr couldn’t get me into the office till 8 days past my refill. He knew about it, and I know he did, but his office staff are so rude and mean. I have never seen anything like it. Is it really something you can turn into the bureau of narcotics even though I was withdrawing from the klonopin and my insurance nurse call told me to go to the ER? I am really worried about this because I would not think of this as doctor shopping…
Amen to that!!! His staff would not listen to me, they kept calling me names and saying as rude as they could, YOU ARE A DOCTOR SHOPPER!!! Oh my gosh, well I called my FBI uncle and he said he didn’t think they could do anything either unless I was not really out of my medication. All I have to do now is try to figure out a doctor who will take me and not see a bad record. I hope it doesn’t really go on my record and they were just lying. They are the rudest most immature people I have ever had to deal with. They obviously do not like their jobs…
I am sixteen years old and want to go pro when I’m older. I have realized that to do this I must hit the gym and reach an optimal level of fitness. Can someone design a workout for twice a week and a diet to complement it. U want a golfing specific workout not a workout to get slim or big. I’m 5 9 and weigh 133 pounds so I am kinda on the slim side.
I have being eating almost all vegetables (some meat) and minimal refined carbs recently and I feel like I’ve been on a dopamine kick for the past two days. I’ve been in a more positive mind state than I have in years. Could this be attributed to diet or it it just a coincidence?

I want to BURN FAT so that later I can begin to do exercises to build muscle. Can anyone give me a detailed routine on what exercises, what machines, etc. to use when I am at the gym? How long should I do each for?
I started my diet again to lose weight and basicly i watch for the fat and calories..
Today i ate….
Tuna can with little bit of kettlecorn
apple sauce for a snack
for dinner i had a lobster ( since its payday wanted to threat myself)
And tonight il have a Cereal bowl.
The only things i drink is 200ml of juice in the morning(apple juice)
and bottles of water.
(PS usally its either a soup or a fish for my dinner with a plain baked potato for my dinner)
