i just got hired working overnights. i will be working from 10 at night till 7 in the morning. so i need to start sleeping during the day. and i DREAD my first night at work cause i won’t be used to it. any ideas about how to get myself onto a new schedule?
I just bought my first car the other day but it doesn’t have a faceplate for the stereo… I need just the faceplate so I have the buttons to actually USE my radio. Does anyone know of a website that maybe sells just faceplates for my car? and about how much it’d cost me? We’re trying to decide whether it’d be easier to just buy a new radio or not because we don’t even know if it is the factory one or not.

I just bought my first motorcycle today and the owner is getting it certified and ready for the road, but I’m worried that the bike might have transmission problems. I didn’t notice anything when I checked out the bike and the owner did say it was fine and more then willing to check it out through a local Suzuki dealership.
Would a safety or a certification check for transmission problems?

I just bought my first bike today and it was a bloody good deal. The owner said he would certify and satiety the motorcycle, but I’m anxious to ride it. How long does a certify and satiety usually take for a motorcycle?
This is my first year showing ducks for my local fair as a 4h project and I am having trouble picking up the ducks. Currently we have 6 from the day they hatched. Its hard to pick them up since they spook when a person is around them in their pen, however, I have to learn to hold them correctly for fair. I don’t want to hurt them or harm their wings or legs, so I would like the easiest way possible to handle them. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!

I’m going because I have terrible cramps and a heavy period, so I’m hoping to get on a new birth control.
I don’t know what to expect… Are they going to want to do a pap smear and all that? Or is she just going to give me a prescription for birth control? Or what? I didn’t schedule a “pap smear” appointment (but I don’t know if that’s supposed to take a special appointment or anything). My record says I’m not due for that until I turn 21 (I’m 20 now), but since I’ve never been to the gyno, I’m scared she’s gonna wanna do it tomorrow or something.
I’m really nervous and freaking out a little bit, can anyone try to give me any idea of what to expect tomorrow so I can mentally prepare myself? LOL. Would they do a pap smear because I have bad cramps?!

Ok, so I became a few weeks behind on my rent. When I received a pre court action letter I immediately rang my landlord and apologised explained that I have just started work and that I will pay off the rent each month and the arrears.
I missed my first payment by a week due to me forgetting that the direct debit has not been set up on the account to take the first payment in time and I was also extremely busy working long shifts at work. I however did make the payment. My landlord has now taken me to court over this.
I have made a complaint and I also said to my landlord that I can’t get a CCJ as I will lose my job as my job revolves around doing credit checks on people. I also said that I am disappointed that we made an arrangement I missed the first payment by a week, there was no phone call or anything just a court letter through the post telling me I have to attend. I informed my landlord that I will have to take the day off work for this and I will not be happy.
My landlord has now come back to me saying that she will speak to the court asking for a suspended possession order as long as I keep to my current arrangement and court fees of £100 I will also not have to attend court for this.
2 questions, will I get a CCJ for a suspended possession order and should I accept this offer or should I attend court and try get the court costs waved as well….
