Hello, I’m an 18 year old guy , 5’8, 150 lbs. I’m not skinny nor fat, I’m thin, with some fat, and I want to workout this summer and increase muscular mass. But what is a healthy diet I could follow to accomplish that to maximize results?
I’m beginning my mma training and I need a good diet regiment, I would like to speak to a nutritionist but there not cheap and me being the cheap man that I am is preetey sure there is a website someone knows about or an email of someone I can talk to and get a good diet plan working I made a summery of what I’m looking for – A comprehensive eating regimen designed to get to conditioning goals within respective time-frames. -Supplement regimens tailored to address specific concerns such as mental focus, continued joint discomfort, ongoing inflammation problems, or pre-existing medical conditions that interfere with fitness. -Strategiesforemploying thingslikedehydration and re-hydration properly.

i think im fat and its to hard to go on a diet.. and i wanted a quicker way.. to get as skinny as my friends.. if diet pills arent safe.. then do u have any more suggestions..???
My 2yr. old cat stopped eating her canned science diet cat food. She will eat dry food from another brand but I don’t let her eat dry food. She doesn’t seem sick. She just licks the canned food and then leaves it in the dish all day. I put tuna juice on it and she licked the tuna juice off and left the rest.
In 40 weeks time I am going to attempt to break my 100m school record, currently held by an olympic hurdler (11.1s) I’m going to take protein shakes and do weight training every day, but I need to know specific details of exactly what to be eating to supplement my intense training.
I’ve lost 72lbs so far by eating better and working out. I still need to lose about another 80lbs and was looking into a “diet” pill to quicken my results, is there ANY on the market that I can use to get rid of my fat? I.e. Lipozene, hydroxycut, anything? Please, SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY, thank you

What is a rapid weight loss diet that I can loose 40lbs in 2 months? With low amounts of exercise.
